What is the Source, Explore, Ship program?
It is the same process as our Source + Ship program, meaning we source a vehicle that meets your needs, complete any necessary repairs/services and then we take care of shipping it back home for you. In between the Source and Ship part of this process, you can fly to South Africa and drive your vehicle on the self-drive safari of your choice (that you plan and pay for, but we are happy to provide as much FREE advice and local connections as you want!).
What is a Sourced vehicle vs. a custom LEKKER build?
Sourcing a vehicle vs. building a vehicle, is up to you. We can advise you on what makes the most sense depending on your timing and budget.

THE BRIEF (RECEIVED MARCH 2026)
A Rally-Ready Defender that would be both capable and comfortable. Bonus points for a green vehicle. It needs to be ready by late June 2026 (3 months away).
OUR SOLUTION: MEET ISHUMI
Ishumi means “10” in Zulu which is the number of years our friends have been married. What a LEKKER way to mark their wedding anniversary! They have the option to take delivery in Cape Town or Johannesburg and will drive it to the Rally start location in Hartbeespoort.
